The influence of annealing under various temperatures on the temperature dependences of the electrical resistance R ( T ) of amorphous Fe 75 Cr 5 B 20 alloys has been studied. The dependences Δ R / R 0 = f ( T a , t a ) and the Mössbauer spectra of annealed samples have been measured as well. The results indicate two annealing temperature intervals where both R ( T ) and Δ R / R 0 behave in a different way. The observed changes are connected with various structural relaxation types: “compositional” and “topological” ordering, respectively.
