In contrast to recent findings in Si:B, we report that the magnetoconductivity of Si:P is not consistent with the behavior expected for strong electron–electron interactions, Δσ = σ( H , T ) — σ(0, T ) = KT 1/2 F ( H / T ), implying that localization may be relatively more important in this prototypical doped semiconductor.
