The synthesis of an alternating ethylene‐ p ‐chlorostyrene copolymer is performed in the presence of a homogeneous Ziegler‐Natta catalytic system constituted of rac ‐(isopropylidene)bis(1‐indenyl)zirconium bis(dimethylamide) and methylaluminoxane. An isotactic arrangement of the p ‐chlorostyrene units is observed.
