Stereoselectively on solid phase : the Ugi four‐component reaction, which because of its high potential for the generation of molecular diversity is particularly important in combinatorial synthesis, has been accomplished in this way for the first time by using a polymer‐linked galactosylamine ( 1 ) bound through a suitable anchor and spacer.
