The overall structure and the local structural features of the superconductor‐related cuprate Gd 2 Ba 2 CaCu 2 Ti 3 O 14 were determined by the simultaneous fitting of the data sets of five EXAFS spectra and a powder X‐ray diffractogram with a single structural description. The method is particularly suitable for materials that do not exhibit perfect crystalline order.
