The depsipeptide dendrimer 1 is one out of 2 097 152 possible stereoisomers with this specific arrangement of glycine, alanine, and tartaric acid. By exchange of the inner ( D )‐tartaric acid unit against the corresponding ( L )‐ and meso branching units a mini library of such chiral macromolecules was provided.
