Use of an amine endowed with a high oxidation potential induces a shift in mechanism from the electron transfer to the hydrogen‐atom transfer (HAT) route in the biomimetic oxidative N‐Dealkylation reaction, as shown by an investigation of the pattern of products from the reaction of N‐ benzylaziridine (see scheme).
