In this article, we construct LGDD( m v ) for v ≡ 2 (mod 6) and m ≡ 0 (mod 6) by constructing the missing essential values 6 v , v = 8, 14, 26, 50. Thus an LGDD( m v ) exists if and only if v ( v ‐ 1) m 2 ≡ 0 (mod 6), ( v ‐ 1) m ≡ 0 (mod 2) and ( m, v ) ≠ (1, 7). © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
