We construct 2‐rotational Kirkman triple systems on 2 n + 1 objects for all n of the form p a1 1 … p ar r , where p i are primes, p i ≡1 (mod 6). We also construct some new ( v, 4, 1) and ( v, 5, 1) designs that are cyclic in Z v . © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
