A series of fluorinated poly(imide‐ether‐amide)s has been synthesized by solution polycondensation of aromatic diamines containing two ether bridges between phenylene rings with diacid chlorides having both imide and hexafluoroisopropylidene groups. The inherent viscosity, solubility, thermal stability, glass transition temperature, dielectric constant and homogeneity of thin film surfaces of these polymers have been studied.
