Syntheses of carbon‐14 labelled versions of NK‐1 receptor antagonists GR203040 and GR205171 are described. The carbon‐14 atoms were introduced by palladium (0) catalysed cyanation of iodoaromatic substrates. Copyright © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
