An unhindered germaimine has been generated and characterized by the coupling of flash vacuum pyrolysis of two different precursors with UV‐photoelectron spectroscopy. The Ge=N unit exhibits two ionizations in the low‐energy region, corresponding to the ejection of an electron from the nitrogen atom lone pair and from the π Ge=N orbital, respectively.
