Calculated and measured radiation patterns for a four‐element linear array of in‐line fed microstrip patches are presented. The cross section of the antenna is rigorously modeled by the moment method. The analysis includes both the supporting aluminum profile and the plastic radome. ©1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
