A new technique is developed to speed up numerical computation of the frequency response of antenna arrays with the use of the method of moments. Recomputation of the system of the coupled integral equation is avoided through frequency extrapolation of the current distribution or its inverse near the poles to avoid singularities. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
