Semen‐like urethral discharge during the use of mazindol

Two case reports are described of male patients experiencing a semen‐like urethral discharge during micturition, suspected to be induced by mazindol. Mazindol has an indirect sympathomimetic action and is known to cause urogenital side effects such as urinary retention and testicular pain.
