The 1 H and 13 C NMR spectra of 15 modified representatives of Tröger's base were recorded and the corresponding signals assigned. In 1 H NMR, the appearance of the AA′BB′CC′(XX′) system, after irradiation of H x ( H x ), is deceptively simple and should not be first‐order analysed. The 13 C chemical shifts and 1 J ( 1 H– 13 C) coupling constants are characteristic of these molecules.
