Foreign body granuloma is a rare cause for an orbital mass: A case with proptosis and an orbital mass on CT scan is presented. Fine‐needle aspiration of the mass was performed. Numerous foreign body giant cells were seen which contained polarizable filamentous material. A diagnosis of foreign body granuloma was rendered which was confirmed on histopathology. Diagn.
