Trilateral retinoblastoma is a heterogeneous clinical entity that develops in a subset of retinoblastoma patients manifesting heritable disease (bilateral, multifocal, or positive family history). Survival is dismal in the majority of cases. Screening efforts should be applied to the at‐risk cohort. See also pages 135–41
