A B‐cell chronic lymphoid leukemia (B‐CLL) associated with IgA expression and secretion is uncommon and has never been described in association with osteolytic bone lesions. We report such a case, defined by cytomorphology and flow cytometric immunophenotyping (FCI). Additional cases may be recognized with the aid of FCI, in order to define the natural history of and best form of therapy for this rare disorder. Am. J.
