Perovskite Single Crystals Strong electronegative atoms Br are introduced into EA cations to form a new 2D perovskite (Br‐EA) 2 PbBr 4 single crystals. The enhanced dipole moments of A‐site cations enhance the carrier separation and transport crossing the quantum wells, leading to the improved electrical properties and X‐ray detection performance especially in the out‐of‐plane direction.
