SERS Sensing Platform In article number 2412267, Yang Li, Yu Liu, and co‐workers have innovatively proposed a pH‐responsive, hotspot‐tunable MOFs‐like three‐dimensional SERS sensing platform by utilizing DNA‐mediated self‐assembly of silver nanoparticles. Adjustable DNA chains according to target molecules, allowing for customized hotspot locations. Under alkaline conditions, this platform demonstrates excellent sensing performance, showing remarkable detection limits and stability in the detection of folic acid.
