Diabetic Periodontitis In article number 2411740, Yu Chen, Yunfeng Lin, and co‐workers proposed a tetrahedral framework nucleic acid ‐metformin complex (TMC) to regulate inflammation and metabolism, thereby inhibiting periodontal bone loss in type II diabetes patients. It was found that TMC inhibited the destruction of periodontal tissue and inflammation in macrophages by suppressing pyroptosis and regulating AMPK. By loading metformin onto tFNA, the cellular uptake efficiency of metformin was enhanced, significantly improving the efficacy of metformin alone.
