Abstract Oxazole derivatives represent a crucial class of heterocycles with broad applications spanning medicinal chemistry, materials science, and organic synthesis. Their structural versatility and biological significance have fueled ongoing efforts to develop efficient and sustainable synthetic methodologies. However, despite their importance, the literature on multicomponent synthesis of oxazoles remains relatively sparse, necessitating a comprehensive review. This review examines diverse, multicomponent approaches, encompassing three‐ and four‐component reactions. The review highlights the versatility, efficiency, and adaptability of these methods, underscoring the evolution of oxazole synthesis with a focus on functional group diversity, environmental considerations, and scalability. Covering developments from 1990 to early 2025, this review provides a critical overview of the progress and challenges in multicomponent oxazole synthesis, aiming to support future applications in drug development and advanced materials.
