ABSTRACT Breast plasmacytoma (BP) is an extremely rare extramedullary manifestation of multiple myeloma (MM) and only a few cases have been reported. Here, we describe a case of BP in a 51‐year‐old woman presenting with progressively enlarging breast masses. This case aims to highlight the ultrasound features of BP and emphasize the importance of including BP in the differential diagnostic considerations, particularly in patients with a history of MM. Recognizing the ultrasound features of BP is vital for accurate diagnosis due to its nonspecific imaging manifestations that may resemble breast malignancies. Radiologists should approach this uncommon lesion with due diligence.
