The Front Cover illustrates the major significant strategies that have emerged for both C(sp 2 )–H and C(sp 3 )–H chalcogenation of α ‐amino acids and peptides. Among these approaches, efficient chalcogenation methodologies have been explored through various methods using transition‐metal catalysts, photocatalysts, and metal‐free strategies.
