Abstract This study presents a visible‐light‐mediated three‐component radical reaction involving alcohols or alkanes and in situ‐formed imines. The imines, generated from aldehydes and amines, serve as key reactants, while the inexpensive and readily available sodium decatungstate (NaDT) is employed as a photocatalyst. This strategy enables the functionalization of industrially accessible alcohols or alkanes to synthesize β‐amino alcohols via an intermolecular hydrogen atom transfer (HAT) mechanism under visible‐light irradiation. The reaction is operationally simple, exhibits high conversion efficiency, facilitates straightforward post‐reaction processing, and demonstrates excellent atom and step economy.
