Abstract A sustainable one‐pot multi‐component domino strategy for the regioselective synthesis of tetrahydrothiochromen‐5‐ones has been developed using inexpensive, stable, and recyclable silica‐supported sulfuric acid as the heterogeneous catalyst under solvent‐free conditions. This strategy enabled us to access a diverse range of valuable tetrahydrothiochromen‐5‐ones up to a 93 % yield via annulation of β‐oxodithioesters with aromatic aldehydes and 1,3‐cyclohexanediones. Furthermore, the catalyst was efficiently recovered, recycled, and reused for four cycles without a significant loss of catalytic activity, thus demonstrating the robustness of the devised methodology and its potential applicability in sustainable organic synthesis of the protocol.
