A tug‐of‐war illustrates the chiral competition between the D‐glucose of γ‐cyclodextrin and the D‐amino acid. This study investigates the circularly polarized luminescence behavior of supramolecular assemblies formed by achiral, L‐ and D‐amino acid‐modified pyrene derivatives with γ‐cyclodextrin. Inversion of the circularly polarized luminescence signal was observed in the supramolecular assembly formed by the D‐amino acid‐modified pyrene derivative and γ‐cyclodextrin, thereby confirming the chiral competition phenomenon.
