ABSTRACT This case provides evidence of the efficacy of induction chemotherapy with paclitaxel, carboplatin, and cetuximab in sinonasal squamous cell carcinoma. Treatment‐induced tumor shrinkage can expand the working space in the complex and narrow sinonasal region, potentially avoiding the need for extensive surgeries that require reconstruction.
