In their Research Article ( e202502187 ), Keira Mori, Takahiro Muraoka, and co‐workers developed a bifunctional compound containing metal‐binding ligands and a redox‐active disulfide, namely cyclam‐SS, whose oxidative strength is up‐regulated under metal stress for efficient protein folding. The cover image illustrates the bifunctional feature of cyclam‐SS in the presence of stress‐causing metal cations: suppression of metal‐mediated protein misfolding and promotion of oxidative protein folding.
