Cancer Associated Fibroblasts in Human PDAC During pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) progression, cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) undergo dynamic changes, much like vines clinging to trees. The thorny vines represent CDCP1+FTL+ CAFs, which exhibit resistance to ferroptosis inducers (symbolized by the woodpecker). Simultaneously, CAFs secrete various chemokines, akin to blossoms on vines attracting butterflies, thereby promoting the infiltration of myeloid cells. More details can be found in article number 2415196 by Cheng Zhou, Shuguang Tan, Yuxuan Zheng, Hongxia Wang, and co‐workers.
