Neuroendocrine Transdifferentiation Inspired by the silk‐to‐wing narrative, this frontispiece illustrates prostate cancer lineage transition. Adenocarcinoma appears as a caterpillar, entering a dormant chrysalis for reprogramming before emerging as a neuroendocrine prostate cancer butterfly. A drifting DNA helix, interwoven with transcription factor stones in a fluid backdrop, symbolizes the dynamic regulatory shifts driving transdifferentiation. More details can be found in article number 2404938 by Yuzhuo Wang and co‐workers.
