Gut Microbiota‐Butyrate‐PPARγ This study demonstrates that gut microbiota‐derived butyrate promotes adipose ST2 + regulatory T cell population through PPARγ activation. The cover illustration depicts gut microbiota (represented by orange‐shaped bacterial cells) releasing butyrate (represented as blue particles and blue molecular structures), which transmit electrical‐like signals to activate ST2 + regulatory T cells (shown in purple) in adipose tissue (orange cells), highlighting their role in maintaining adipose tissue immune homeostasis. More details can be found in article number 2411086 by Weiqing Wang, Ruixin Liu, and co‐workers. Cover design by Rui Xie.
