Pathological Skin Fibrosis The artwork symbolises RNA modification crosstalk in skin fibrosis through Medusa and Perseus. Medusa's gaze symbolizing m 6 A methylation promotes fibrotic progression and transforms healthy skin into a rigid stone‐like state. Perseus representing m 1 A methylation neutralizes this effect by reflecting her gaze and thereby inhibits fibrosis. This visual metaphor underscores m 6 A's detrimental role and m 1 A's protective function in fibrosis.
