Laser Ultrafast Confined Alloying Technique In article number 2415065, Dongshi Zhang, Pengfei Li, Changhao Liang, and co‐workers present nanosecond laser ultrafast confined alloying (LUCA) technique which can break the immiscible‐to‐miscible limit to enable the synthesis of sub‐5 nm RuM (M = CuCu, Rh, and Pd) alloy particles on carbon nanotubes (CNTs) for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) application, superior to commercial benchmark 20% Pt/C and many mainstream Ru‐based catalysts.
