Artificial Cornea Substitutes In article number 2411540, Qingjun Zhou, Ting Wang, Weiyun Shi, and co‐workers present a humanized corneal substitute using porcine‐cornea templated hydrogel skeletons infused with human ECM and GelMA, achieving light‐activated adhesion. By replicating native stromal hierarchy, it possesses optical/mechanical properties similar to those of natural corneas, and promotes epithelial regeneration and stromal integration. It offers a promising solution to donor shortages and transplant complications.
