Cationic Nanofilm Facilitates Vascular Tissue Engineering Replicating complex, well‐organized tissues in vitro still remains challenging. In article number 2417538, Michiya Matsusaki and co‐workers report a multilayered nanofilm with a cationic outermost surface that mimics the basement membrane's barrier function, effectively inhibiting endothelial cell migration and sprouting. A stable, well‐integrated 3D patterned vascular microchannel was successfully constructed with the support of shape‐adaptable nanofilms, providing a promising platform for pharmacokinetic studies.
