Abstract Luminescent switches with multiple optical outputs are essential for meeting the growing demand for high‐security encryption. Herein, symmetric and chiral molecules are designed and synthesized by integrating luminescent planar Pt(II) moieties into SS / RR ‐trans‐1,2‐cyclohexane diamine scaffolds. This approach enables correlation of the structures, assemblies, and optical/chiroptical properties of these materials, which exhibit spacer‐dependent optical and chiroptical behavior. The more rigid foldamer shows unusual optical switching from the monomer to intramolecular excimers and the corresponding circular dichroism and circularly polarized luminescence with increasing temperature, differing significantly from conventional luminescent chromophores. Based on its reversible and sensitive multicolor phosphorescence characteristics, the rigid molecular foldamer is employed to create a stepwise anticounterfeit ink, advancing high‐security anti‐counterfeiting technology.
