Protein Nanofibrils This artwork symbolizes the fusion of innovation in sustainable packaging and tradition. Inspired by Asian ink painting, it depicts shrimps alongside blossoming branches, reflecting the biofilm's ability to monitor shrimp freshness. The interplay of vibrant red and blue colors echoes the pH‐responsive color shift of the amyloid–anthocyanin film, highlighting nature‐inspired smart packaging for food preservation. More details can be found in article number 2414658 by Raffaele Mezzenga and co‐workers.
