Conjugated Oligoelectrolyte‐Enhanced mRNA‐Lipid Nanoparticles In article 2405048, Eng Eong Ooi, Guillermo C. Bazan, and co‐workers present a simple ex situ approach to integrate COEs into mRNA‐LNPs, enhancing their efficacy. Using just 0.2% COE‐S6, a remarkably low amount, one observes significant increases in in cellula transfection and in vivo protein expression. The cover image depicts COEs' fluorescence (green) and enhanced protein expression (red), showcasing COE‐mRNA‐LNPs' superior performance over unmodified LNPs for therapeutics.
