Fibrotic Diseases In article 2403842, Ki Wan Bong and co‐workers show a microfluidic‐based drug efficacy evaluation system that assesses mechanical property changes in 3D spheroid models of pulmonary fibrosis. Before drug treatment (left), fibrotic spheroids induced by TGF‐β stimulation exhibit increased stiffness. After drug treatment (right), FDA‐approved drugs ameliorate fibrosis‐related mechanical changes, restoring spheroid deformability. This mechanobiology‐driven approach enables quantitative deformability analysis for fibrosis therapy evaluation.
