Antiambipolar 2D Heterostructure Arrays In article number 2417358, Sha Zhu, Ning Hua Zhu, and co‐workers fabricate a multifunctional large‐scale antiambipolar transistor array based on 2D Te/WS 2 vdWs heterostructures for the first time, where the self‐regulating artificial perception system and electrically reconfigurable logic gates are realized concurrently. Similar antiambipolar electrical responses with negative differential transconductance are also observed from many other 2D Te‐based heterostructures.
