The aim of this study is to bring up the ideas of the teachers who work in primary schools related to the supervising roles of educational supervisors, and to make suggestions. The method used in the study is survey. The universe of research consists of 106 teachers who worked in 8 primary schools in Mudurnu, Bolu in 2011-2012 educational year. The study is conducted on the universe, no sample was selected. Of all the survey forms delivered to schools, 86 forms were back, and 85 of them were taken into consideration. A measuring tool that consisted of two parts was used in the study. In the first session of assessment instrument, there are questions about gender, labour year and the state of education for the teacher groups whose ideas were consulted about the research topic. In the second session of assessment instrument, a survey consisting of 35 items has been used. The items of the survey used is the “Likert” type and evaluation has been made on scale of five.
