The aim of this study is explaining the relationship between the corporate social responsibility and whistleblowing. Corporate social responsibility and whistleblowing are different meaning in literature generally but aren’t researched together. In a simple, the explanation of the corporate social responsibility is taken into account the all members of organization when make a decision; whistleblowing is expose the negative properties of managements. This study is divided in two main parts as theoretical frame and the ampirical study. While the teoretical frame is overviewed literature on the corporate social responsibility and whistleblowing, the ampirical part indicates the findings and interpretations of the questionnares applied for the theachers who work in schools of the Minester of National Education. This study is important cause of the shows Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluğun Çalışanların Kötü Yonetimi İfşa Düzeylerine Etkisi... 456 that sensitive school management plays the main role of improvement of efficiency of education sector. The results of this research shows us the teachers give reactions against the negative corporate social responsibility applications by using complaints mechanism. In this research, a specific relation between the ethic responsibility as a sub-dimension of the corporate social responsibility and the internal and external reporting as the subdimension of the whistleblowing is founded. As a known common concept in Turkish culture says that “Long live the Snake never touches me” but the constructors of new generations in the Turkish teachers do not accept this point of view. This objection is important to be lived the Turkish culture on “insubordination” which comes from the Turkish history. In the other wise, the relationship between the ethic responsibility and the internal and external whisteblowing sheds into light on the theachers’ self-confidence, loyalty, the development of the consciousness on democracy and participation, readiness to take the initiative, and thus relative readiness of the infrastructure linked with ethic responsibility of new administration paradigma.
