In this study, the importance of the place and the subject of women in Turkish society has been seen in historical perspective. Therefore, the role of women in Turkish society, the pre-Islamic, Seljuk and Ottoman periods, role and importance of women in Turkish society are examined. In addition, the place of women in society and about the importance of living in different regions to be compared with other countries for the purpose of the information provided. After the Turkish people in Anatolia under the terms of the transfer Ahi organization established to educate Turkish men to be employed, provided the one hand, on the other hand are they trained to teach the properties of being a good citizen. Sisters organization of the Anatolian Turkish men as they grow Ahi organization established in the Turkish women, especially daughters, are prepared in the future.
