In this paper “ki” sentences are dissected in Abdülbâkî Ârif Efendi’s work Siyer-i Nebi. Scanning the whole work the dissection was started with the classification of “ki” sentences connecting forms. In these unities connected with the connecting preposition “ki”, one of the element of the unity is situated as the other’s either an element of the sentence or determiner of an element of the sentence. With the samples gathered from the work the mentioned cases are exemplified enough. Each sample is also translated into contemporary Turkish.
