There are some organizational cases studied in the science world sometimes under the titles of “deviant”, “aggressive” or “mis” behaviour and sometimes as “disease”, “syndrome”, “dysfunction”, “anomaly” and “the dark side”. These cases are among the most-frequently studied issues of the recent years. These cases which may result in unhappiness and/or disease in personal terms, unproductivity and/or loss of earnings in organizational terms and welfare loss in social terms are thought still not to have a common title. While these cases are named in recent years Turkey generally as “deviant” and “aggressive” behaviours, they are given the more general names of “disease”, “syndrome” and “misbehaviour” in the world. This study addresses these cases as “undesired behaviours”, the definitions and subtitles of which may sometimes show similarities and sometimes differences. The purpose of this study is to reveal the articles dealing with “undesirable behaviors” in the field of “management” in Turkey. The research sample consists of 260 articles written from 2000 to 2017. Among the titles associated with “undesirable behaviors” are “discrimination”, “glass ceiling”, “unethical behaviors”, “whistleblowing”, “workaholism”, “fear”, “learned helplessness”, “mobbing”, “silence”, “cynicism”, and “burnout”. According to the results of the present study, the topics studied most among the above-mentioned are “burnout” and “mobbing”; the studies mostly aim to measure relationship/effect and difference; mostly the scales of Leymann and Maslach are used; correlation and regression analyses are made; and similar sectors and samples are focused on. Finally, “undesirable behaviors” is a concept that can be a title to all the topics mentioned.
