YALIN ÜRETİM SİSTEMİNDE KANBAN, TEK PARÇA AKIŞI VE U TİPİ YERLEŞTİRME SİSTEMLERİ

In the global economy competition, managements have to present good quality products and service to make the customers happy, they must supply the consumers products with low price, good quality, fast delivering and also they should answer their changable demands with the variety of more products. It is imposible to supply the consumers with small amounts and few kinds of products in markets, on the contrary, it is necessary to improve marketing position with special products with low price for consumers. Lean Manufacturing, increasing the diversity, quality and fertility of products, is trying to reduce the costs. When compared with traditional production, it means less labour force, less production area and also les expenses. Practising of the Lean Manufacturing isn’t a difficult way. In lean production system there are so many techniques and methods as a whole. The most sensitive point of the system is that all methodes and techniques are depended on each other. İn this study, Kanban, One Piece Flow and U Type of Positioning System will be mentioned. Kanban system must be applied for the production without stocking on time. U Type of Positioning System is used for eliminating the waste time of the workers, and and also getting one worker to use more than one machine for increasing productivity. One Piece Flow is used to make one piece for each time. Apart from these two systems, İn Lean Manufacturing all the techniques are mentioned as a whole. These techniques Show not only production problems but also provide advantage of competition in managements also in our country.
