4 Unsaturated terpolyesters have been prepared and investigated by chemical and physical 5 instruments. The effect of acid chloride in the general physical characterizations of 6 terpolyesters was the aim of study. The solubility of terpolyesters has been tested in different 7 solvents. The viscosity average molecular weight was determined according to Mark8 Hounwink equation using some standards polymers. The thermal stability and glass transition 9 temperature was recorded by Thermogravimeteric analysis and Differntional thermal analysis 10 respectively. The crystallinity has also been investigated by X-ray diffractogam. Moreover, 11 the morphology and shape of terpolyesters was scanned by scanning electron microscopy. 12 The electrical properties especially dielectrical constant of polymer material have been 13 discussed with some detailed. Our target of study focused on the improvement of physical 14 properties of new unsaturated terpolyesters with special interest to the electrical and 15 mechanical properties to be applicable as insulator material. 16
