In the tax system of the Ottoman Empire, agricultural incomes were very important. Because state have used it for services of military, public works and administrative. Ottoman Empire have applied administrative methods in which agricultural tax have formed to the provinces that under his rule according to his characteristics, with in the application have been ruled kanunname of sanjak for every regions. If width and climate variety (diversity) of the state is taken consideration, it is seen that this differences depend on rightful reasons.
